बिहार सरकार द्वारा पत्रांक 15/एम 1-93/2024 -2157 दिनांक 15 मई 2025 के माध्यम से जारी बिहार निजी विश्वविद्यालय अधिनियम 2013 के प्रावधानों के अंतर्गत, एस० ए० विश्वविद्यालय, नवादा की स्थापना के लिए आशय पत्र जारी किया गया है।
तदनुसार, प्रस्तुत विश्वविद्यालय के कुलपति, कुलसचिव तथा मुख्य वित्त एवं लेखा अधिकारी की नियुक्ति हेतु दिनांक 07 अगस्त 2025 को प्रकाशित विज्ञापन का स्मरण पुनः कराया जा रहा है।
सभी अभ्यर्थियों से आग्रह है कि दिनांक 30 अगस्त 2025 को अंतर-वैयक्तिक विमर्श हेतु विश्वविद्यालय के अशोक नगर स्थित मुख्यालय में उपस्थित होना सुनिश्चित करें।

Appointment of the Registrar and Chief Finance & Accounts Officer of the S. A. University, Nawada Adv. No: 02/2025

The Govt. Of Bihar has issued a Letter of Intent (L.O.I.) to the S. A. Foundation for establishment of the S. A. University, Nawada, vide पत्रांक 15/एम 1-93/2024 -2157 दि० 15 मई 2025, under the ambit of Bihar Private Universities Act, 2013.
Accordingly, the S. A. Foundation; the sponsoring body has decided to select a suitable person for the post of the Registrar and the Chief Finance & Accounts Officer.
Educational and other qualifications for the Registrar and the Chief Finance & Accounts Officer:
➢ Master’s degree with at least 55% of the marks or an equivalent grade in a point scale wherever grading system is followed; and
➢ At least 15 years of experience as Assistant Professor in the prescribed pay-scale and above or with 8 years of service as the Associate Professor;
Or
➢ Comparable experience in research establishment and/or other institutions of higher education;
Or
➢ 15 Years of administrative experience, of which 8 years shall be as Deputy Registrar or an equivalent post.
The incumbent, applying for the post of the Finance Officer should possess an appropriate qualification and experience in the field of financial management.
Procedure for appointment
Appointment will be made by the competent authority on the recommendations made by the selection committee, in accordance with the provisions of the First Statute of the University.

The Govt. Of Bihar has issued a Letter of Intent (L.O.I.) to the S. A. Foundation for establishment of the S. A. University, Nawada, vide पत्रांक 15/एम 1-93/2024 -2157 दि० 15 मई 2025, under the ambit of Bihar Private Universities Act, 2013.
Accordingly, the S. A. Foundation; the sponsoring body has decided to select a suitable person for the post of the Vice Chancellor. The Vice-Chancellor, being the academic as well as administrative head, shall be:
➢ A visionary with proven leadership qualities, administrative capabilities as well as teaching and research credentials.
➢ Having outstanding academic record throughout and a minimum of 10 years' experience as Professor in a University or 10 year’s of experience in a reputed research and/or academic administrative organisation with proof of having demonstrated academic leadership.
➢ Preferably not more than 62 years of age as on the closing date of receipt of applications of this advertisement.
The terms and conditions of the services will be those as set forth in the Act, Statutes and Ordinances of the University.
Procedure for appointment
Appointment will be made from a panel of names recommended by a Search-cum-Selection Committee. The said appointment shall be made by the competent authority in accordance with the provisions of the First Statute of the said proposed S. A. University, Nawada.
